Our Experience with Frontal Region Correction

1 BackGROund Frontoplasty is an operation for the correction of frontal bone. The anterior wall of the frontal sinus is convex. Its prominence depends on the degree of pneumatization. Reduction of sinus volume is a nice solution for cases with excessive frontal prominence. It is very effective for changing the facial appearance. Originally, it was proposed for transgender transformation of males to females. Beyond that, the procedure is useful for softening unpleasant facial appearances in male patients.
